Flint River Apartment Homes is located in the Atlanta area, which is one of the top performing apartment markets in the country.  The property is a 200-unit Class C garden-style multifamily property located in Clayton county.  For the first quarter of 2017, the submarket recorded an average occupancy of 97% which was the fourth-highest occupancy percentage of all 18 Atlanta submarkets.

We will implement an upgrade program that includes black appliances, brushed nickel hardware/fixtures, resurfaced or new countertops, new or refaced cabinets, full paint, modern lighting package, faux-wood flooring and 2” blinds. Exterior repairs will include upgrades to the playground, dog park, lighting, parking lot, balconies, siding and other items to improve curb appeal.
